Shipping Information

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany with our partner eCom Logistics. We aim to ship orders within 48 hours after successful in-payment. Delivery time within the European Union takes 5-10 working days.

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

EU Countries

We offer free shipping to the following countries inside the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland,  Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the UK.                                       

Other countries

We ship to other European countries at a flat rate of 20 Euros/order. These countries include Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland. 

We also offer delivery to further destinations at a flat rate of 30 Euros/order: Argentina, Australia, Brasil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Korea (Republic), Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, Qatar, Russia, Turkey, Saudiya, Singapore, UAE, USA.

Please note: You will be liable for all additional import duties, customs and taxes. LE SURI is not liable for these charges, so if you are unsure if you will be affected by them, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.


Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to return or exchange any unused items.

You will be responsible for covering the costs of return shipping. In case of a return, we will refund you the price of the item/s excluding the original shipping cost.

The returned item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

LE SURI reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that we do not accept returns from customers outside the EU.

What if my order arrives damaged or there is a fault?

In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at, so we can personally assist you with the return.
